Homecare Medical Supplies was an established, family run medium sized business based in Ballyhaunis, County Mayo. They provided products and services for patients and medical staff through their specialist stores across the country, trade and retail printed catalogues and a dedicated medical supply website.

After an introductory consultation, the initial brief to Zetagram* by the client was to take the existing logo used by the business and specify colours, and fonts to be used in marketing material to make the campaigns look more consistent and professional.

Over the years of using different suppliers, the marketing material was disparate and disconnected, with no corporate identity in place each supplier was adding their own approach to the design material.

The first design jobs for Zetagram were broad stroke projects to change the previous campaign of representing the products supplied by the business, to representing the end users of the products and the positive impact it had on their lives. The result was a warmer and more approachable face of the business, and more flexible and adaptable for the target audience they were aiming at.

On the shortlist of preferred suppliers, the Zetagram design service was used to create the look and feel of the business through exterior and interior shop signage, large format posters, point of sale (POS) and own-brand packaging design.

Zetagram designed advertising and promotional signage, exhibition stands and wall displays. The entire fleet of small vans, panel vans, box trucks and haulage HGVs were designed and artworked by Zetagram, with a simple graphic language that was distinctive and recognisable, but cost-effective to produce.

For printed marketing material Zetagram wrote, photographed and designed advertising flyers, leaflets, brochures and booklets to promote products and services.

Zetagram designed and artworked the cover styles of the product catalogues, carefully selecting stock imagery that was also used in advertising campaigns for public press and private publications.

Due to the wide scope of skills provided, Zetagram was also able to consistently design and produce multimedia projects including; business presentations, multimedia slideshow videos, flash screen advertising, kiosk interface design (GUI), web banner advertising, and redesigning and reskinning websites in XHTML and CSS.
